Move4Improvement is a Calisthenics training programme strictly for beginners wanting to master moving their body weight against gravity, whilst transforming their body by gaining lean muscle, increased mass, super strength and flexibility.

M4I breaks down the complex movements into manageable steps, which teaches beginners how to manage their body weight and eventually become their own human machine.

M4I also teaches how these skills are transferable to life improvement, with motivational tips to implement when life or the M4I routine gets challenging.

The relationship between calisthenics and personal growth are very similar because to master both your mind and such complex body-weight exercise movements, you must remain self-aware.

Both processes of physical and mental self-improvement require a similar strategy where the basics must be mastered before progressing onto the next level.

ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Del aka Latone, I’ve been in the fitness industry for 17 years. Calisthenics was first introduced to me at the age of 9 years old through boxing. My coach was dead set against me doing weights. His ethos was, “If you can walk around with your body weight, you must be able to push and pull your body weight.”

After all those years I have continued to train with my body weight and teach beginners with no strength to become capable of pushing and pulling their body weight.

All whilst helping them to transform their body with M4I programmes that offer for each individual’s needs.

M4l PROGRAMMES

MOVES4FOUNDATION

The foundation moves are designed for beginners with little or no bodyweight strength – training experience, who are working towards their first steps in skills like pull- ups, dips, push-ups and squats.

MOVES4CONDITIONING

Although conditioning would not traditionally be included in many calisthenics workouts. It deserves a place on this Programme, as the heart is the most important muscle. There are two types of cardiovascular workout we focus on. Conditioning moves to train our lungs and cardiovascular system.

Both are designed to build your stamina, melt body fat and build the lean muscle look from the calisthenics moves.

MOVES4FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is the ability of your muscles to allow your joints to move in direction without restriction, and to perform all the calisthenics moves gracefully. Move 4 flexibility programme focus on a full-body flexibility work out to loosen and give every part of your body full range of motion.

MOVES4MASS

To build muscle mass with calisthenics you need to focus on the big 4 with good form, high reps and supersets. These big 4 compounds moves are squats, push-ups, legs raises and pull-ups.

This programme is for anyone who is underweight and wants to put on some serious mass. Muscle mass is not the only thing you’ll gain from this programme, you’ll also become very strong.

MOVES4SKILLS

Skills are complex movements and holds that use multiple muscle groups across your whole body. Skills are often based on gymnastics skills such as the LSit or Half Lever and Handstands or Planche.

Skills Training is training to learn these advanced kinds of movements. They take the strength you have and challenge you to apply them to skills. But all beginners should be able to master the Move4Foundation level before moving on to the Move4Skills, as you need good strength to be able to do so.
